GUIDELINES

Seasonal camping starts the weekend before May Long and ends on Thanksgiving Monday

GUESTS, Noise & ATV USE

  • No noise rules is in effect after 11:00 pm and until 8:00 am. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave.

  • No ATVs are to be driven on site between quiet hours.

  • You are responsible for your guests’ actions.

  • Additional tents on your site will be charged $25.00 per night.

  • Only one tent at a time is permitted.

SITES

  • Site cost (Northland) $3,010

  • The season is open from the Friday before the May long weekend, and closes the Monday after Canadian Thanksgiving.

  • Please use the roads provided and don’t cut through other camper’s sites.

  • One shed per site is allowed to a maximum of 100 sq.ft. Please talk to the office to get approval on sheds before building them. In order to maintain the aesthetics of our camp please ensure the outside of the shed is properly finished (ie. siding).

  • Decks and railings are allowed. Please talk to the office before building.

  • If you loan out your trailer to anyone, they will be charged for the site at our regular camp rate.

  • Seasonal campers must hard pipe their sewer line with either PVC or ABS. The flexible sewer hoses that come with the trailer break off over time and block the main sewer lines.

  • All vehicles must be parked on your site and not on the road.

  • Please do not park vehicles or trailers on the grass.

  • If you have a site with trees that require trimming or removal, and your trailer and all personal items are not removed from the site to allow this to occur you will assume all responsibility if any damage occurs during the work performed.

  • Staying overnight outside of the season is a fee of $25 per night plus tax and has to have prior approval by the office.

  • Gazebo’s on site’s must be at least 75% window/screen. Please email the office before building.

DOCKS

  • Docking fees include one boat only.

  • Please affix supplied ID tag to your boat trailer.

  • Houseboats, cabin cruisers, and boats of larger dimensions are not permitted.

  • Private slip: $1,900 — Shared slip: $1,700 — Pontoon slip: $2,125 — Seadoo slip: $1,275 — Parking: $155

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is due November 1st. The remainder of the cost is due in full April 1st.

WASHROOMS AND SHOWERS

  • Please supervise children using camp facilities. 

  • We do our best to keep the washrooms clean. If your showering leaves a mess please clean it up for the next guest.

  • Pets are prohibited in washrooms and showers.

GARBAGE

  • Garbage will be picked up by 3:00 pm. Please do not put garbage out after that time.

  • Garbage bags will require a tag to be picked up ‐ available from the maintenance team for $3.00 please email the office‐ and should be left out in clear view.

  • Please do not affix tags to “Contractor” size garbage bags.

PETS

  • Dogs are not allowed to swim at the beach.

  • Dogs may swim from the west docking area or the public boat launch.

  • Dogs must be leashed.

  • Loud dogs will not be tolerated.

  • Clean up after your dogs and scoop the poop.

  • Pets are not permitted inside facilities such as washrooms and laundry.

WINTER STORAGE

  • Winter storage is free for returning guests.

  • Guests leaving in the spring will be charged $500.00 for storage.

  • To avoid winter storage fees, the site must be cleared by October 15.

TRAILERS

  • All trailers brought into the camp must be approved by the office.

  • All trailers must fit on the site without altering the site.

  • Trailers that are assessed for individual taxation by MPAC will be subject to the land tax.

  • Trailers are permitted to be sold on the site. Details of this arrangement can be obtained from the office.

  • Trailer date of manufacture must be within the past 15 years. Trailers older than 15 years old must be upgraded to a newer model. Trailers without manufacturer tags will not be permitted in seasonal sites.

  • Z240 type park model trailers can stay past 15 years, however the condition of the exterior must be maintained in a like new fashion.

  • Please maintain the exterior of your trailers.

PAYMENT

  • Deposit of $500.00 due November 1 and $1,000.00 due March 1st. All deposits are non‐refundable. A late fee of $50.00 will be applied to your invoice on November 2 and March 2, and each week following March 2nd.

  • Payment is due in full no later than Opening day.

  • Cheque, cash or e transfer will be accepted for payment of seasonal sites and seasonal docking.

  • Late payments will be charged starting the day after opening day.

  •  Seasonal site and dock fees are non refundable. Early departures are no exception.

  • In the event the government imposes a rule beyond our control, temporarily preventing the use of our services, 85% of fees will remain due.

  • Dock slips will be included in the March deposit, and will be nonrefundable

SALE OF A TRAILER ON SITE

  • In the event of the sale of a Trailer by a Site Holder, there shall be a transaction fee payable to Pye’s by the Site Holder of 7% of the sale price
